Lifesaver!

Our original agent was difficult to get hold of and we were often left out of the loop and not knowing what was happening. Dean took over and the change was instantaneous! Dean was honest, upfront, and on the ball. His communication was excellent and i really felt we were looked after. As a Sales and Marketing Management veteran of over 10yrs now, i had initial reservations about Dean's age and experience but my concerns were soon calmed as Dean was fantastic, going above and beyond to make our selling experience a pleasant one.
