Glad we did

Ben really saved us a lot of trouble. A different agent had suggested we do renovations before a sale, but Ben explained to us that due to our specific property type and the time in the market, we'd be better off selling as is. They were able to recommend companies for pre-sale building and pest, cleaners, pressure washers, stagers etc., who were less expensive and did a better job than others we'd used in the past. The team kept us in the loop, and let us know whenever there was anything we needed to do on our end, which made everything so simple from start to finish. Ben and the team definitely take pride in their work and operate with integrity. I'd highly recommend them and would absolutely sell with them again.
