Glad we did

Ben really saved us a lot of trouble. A different agent had suggested we do renovations before a sale, but Ben explained to us that due to our specific property type and the time in the market, we'd be better off selling as is. After a lot of explaining from Ben and his team, we sold as is and got higher than the price the other agent told us we'd get after renovations. So Ben saved us a lot of time, and a lot of money. We're very grateful that he was so open and direct with his advice, and explained things so fully, so that we could make informed decisions, as it was a very different path than we'd expected to take. Ben and the team made everything as simple as possible. They were able to recommend companies for pre-sale building and pest, cleaners, pressure washers, stagers etc., who were less expensive and did a better job than others we'd used in the past. The team kept us in the loop, and let us know whenever there was anything we needed to do on our end, which made everything so simple from start to finish. Ben and the team definitely take pride in their work and operate with integrity. I'd highly recommend them and would absolutely sell with them again.
