I used Aurora Estate Agents to lease out my property in July.I had previously used them for both a sale and then a subsequent purchase.The team at Aurora as per previous experience were fantastic.They were professional in their advice and helped me minimise my related costs and presented me with various clients and the appropriate input for me to make my decision.The tenant has turned out to be extremely good and this is very much due to the advice I received during the process.I have found both Andrew Nguyen and Amanda Natai extremely helpful and very personable and an absolute pleasure to deal with.The processes they use including the platforms to pass on information is very easy to deal with and the monthly process of keeping track due to this is seamless.I would recommend them to anyone looking to find an agency as certainly my experience has been nothing short of remarkable.
