David was a professional and competent agent with an extensive knowledge of the local area.

David was recommended to us by a friend who had dealt with him for a number of years. At our first meeting, using his extensive local knowledge he presented a four week marketing plan culminating in an auction if our unit did not sell beforehand. Within a week he had arranged a handyman for some minor repairs, a professional photographer, who's photos led to the production of a brilliant brochure, listed our unit on 2 Internet sites and arranged our first open house. During the open house one of the potential buyers requested a second visit 3 days later. At that showing, a second buyer appeared and David initiated a bidding war which culminated in a successful sale very close to our expected top price. By the end of the day contracts had been issued and signed and the initial deposit received. David had conducted a very professional and successful sales campaign and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to another property seller.
