Love John's Sincerity, Honesty & Professionalism

At the on-set, John was professional and sincere, particularly in managing our expectations and not blowing his trumpet or successes. He went about preparing the property and pre-sale administration with a very capable and competent team. We appreciate his candour, promptness and timeliness in getting these done, while explaining the rationale behind what needs to be done. While there were interested parties viewing the property, John was able to distill these interests into prospective possibilities. He was able to balance between our desired outcome and the buyer's intentions... not easy because like every seller, we want the highest (and at times, unrealistic) price and like every buyer, they would want the lowest (maybe sometimes, ridiculous) price. At the end, we settled and managed an amicable and mutually acceptable price point. To John's credit, that "ping-ponging" between the parties within 36 hours to reach a settlement was not easy. What I felt helped was that we were pragmatic sellers and the buyers were genuine - these were quickly sized up and analysed by John. Overall, I felt comfortable with John's sincerity, candour and professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend him to other sellers in the area and will definitely call on his assistance should I have similar need in the future. Thank you, John and your wonderful team.
