Extremely professional & yet personable

Sheridan was very impressive from our first meeting. I am always dubious of car sales people & real estate agents. But Sheridan had taken time to do extensive research in the area & the property I was putting on the market. He helped with the guide price & the sale price was very close to the dollar value promised and in this market, that is a miracle. But, his research was flawless. He kept me updated every week via email & phone, on the progress of interest and the follow-up. The follow-up with interested parties was impeccable & the report concise & useful to read. He was also very lovely in helping with solicitors, and the peripheral admin associated with selling a property. The buyers were traditional & wanted to meet in person for all discussions& negotiations and Sheridan was prompt in booking these meetings and providing an update. I plan to stay in the property game & will look for avenues to work with Sheridan again.
