Atlas is one of the best agencies I have so far dealt with.

Due to some issues with my previous agent I had to change the agent. I was looking for a suitable agent for about three years. One of my friends recommended Atlas to me and I found they are very good. They were able to find a new tenant within a short period of time with much better rent. Previous agent was saying that the rent at that time was exactly the market rate so it cannot be increased further. But the new Property Manager from Atlas said the market rent is about $30 per week higher than the rent at that time the property had been rented and it was advertised for $30 higher than the previous rent. Finally, they found a tenant for $10 per week higher than the advertised rent which was $40 per week above the previous rent I was receiving when the property was managed by previous agent .
