Sammi has been managing my property for more than 10 years and she manage my property like managing her own property. She also get me a very reliable painter to complete the painting within few days after I get the approve the quote. After the painting, she immediately arrange open inspection so my property does not leave vacant for too long and get a new tenant within 1 week after the paining is completed. When selecting the tenant for my property, not only that she did a routine reference check on the potential tenant, she also use her vast experience to evaluate the potential tenant from the way they talk to ensure I get a good behave and reliable tenant.
