Excellent and experienced service

Kitty Lo and Aurora were excellent, experienced and handled the situation of a tenant in arrears and refusing to move with common sense, purpose and assertiveness whilst still maintaining humanity and compassion for the tenant. It was a very difficult and complicated situation which involved the NCAT (NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal) as well as cleaners, gardeners and Removalists to help shift the previous tenant (who was very much in arrears). Kitty then very successfully found a new tenant for the property. She was very skilful but also sensible and maintained good standards for finding a good tenant. Thank you Kitty and Aurora.
