Jennifer is an EXCELLENT property manager! She is : a great communicator – all her responses are timely, as are her actions ; proactive – cares about making sure the rental of my property is positive, professional and thorough; sound market knowledge – provides very solid and helpful advice that has been of great assistance for my decision making; maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, again with great communication and quality quotes etc, ensuring both the tenant and I get a good outcome. I can’t speak highly enough of her.
