•I commend Atlas on receiving feedback well and working on improving based on feedback. I had issues with their responsiveness and updates on matters relating to my property. As I am located overseas, prompt feedback and updates is important. It made me feel at one stage that billing was a priority and everything else was secondary. I had given this feedback and over the last yr since my feedback, it has definitely improved. recently i had a new tenancy renewal and I was impressed with the level of detail and attention given on the exit inspection. I am super appreciative of Atlas for working on improving their service levels. The proactive nature to get the best for both tenants and landlords in a fair manner is noticeable.
