I was delighted with the sale

Trevor Richardson and the team at Di Jones Real Estate Neutral Bay, have been great to work with. The sale of our two bedroom Cammeray apartment has been quite a journey. The property had been in our family for decades and, after an extended period of renting, was not looking too good. Working with Trevor and colleagues, we invested quite a lot of money and time to paint, recarpet, style, refresh the garden along with a variety of other tasks. While this felt a bit risky (to me), it most certainly paid off. Visiting the property just prior to sale, I can confidently say it never looked so good! Trevor negotiated with a group of potential buyers before auction and we were able to eventually agree on a price. I think it’s fair to say everybody was happy. I was delighted with the sale, and the new owners delighted to acquire it. Sarah and Aris have been prompt and courteous in making all the necessary preparations, and Trevor gave me the confidence to proceed. All round I have found working with the Di Jones team a reassuring and professional experience – I can highly recommend.
