I could not have asked for better - flawless

We were selling our property from interstate having met with Kate only once. Kate's market knowledge, marketing strategy and general understanding of what the purchaser was expecting was excellent +++. Being interstate we were unable to prepare our very long term investment property for sale. Kate said that was part of her role, not only to advise but to coordinate, and a flow of "tradies" and "Beautifiers" made our house and property sparkle better than the day we'd bought it. Three key elements here; the interest in the property was overwhelming; we achieved a spectacular result at the auction; and at no additional cost to us for Kate's contacts and services. We've sold several properties before this one and Kate was an exceptional standout from those past agents we'd dealt with.
