Great partner who worked fast on a successful sale. Personalized service w Great attention to detail

Luna was excellent to work with. She helped my Dad with an appraisal of his Marsfield house nearly 3 years ago which has been in our family for over 25 years. She would (from time to time) check-in with Dad over the years to see how he was doing and if he was ready to sell. She left a lasting impression so when it finally came time to sell we decided to engage her services and she did a stellar job. We had a tight deadline and she had to work quick and fast. She arranged the cleaning of the property and arranged staging furniture along with excellent quality photos and videography for the website listing. She had a knack for focussing on the core positive attributes of the house and it's prime location. There was a great turnout at the auction and our reserve was exceeded, hence it was a good result all round. It was very handy that Luna spoke fluent Chinese as this made prospective Chinese buyers feel right at home. Thanks Luna for all your professionalism and effort in a great result for our Dad.
