Vincent is a kind and steady hand through a nervous time

From the outset Vincent struck me as someone who appreciated that the sale of my largest asset was extremely important to me, and not a mere transaction that he does every day of the week. He was kind and patient throughout the lumps and bumps, and also has obviously got a lot of experience both in property sales, and also in the locality I was selling in. He was practical, respectful and honest as to his thoughts on the likely outcome and worked hard to get a good result in a falling market. There is a bit of a leap of faith required in these things and mine turned out well. My only advice to those selling (with any agent) is to try not to let (actual or perceived) market negativity impact you too much and just trust that it will turn out as it should in the end.
