Ten Mile consists of 446 acres of tick free grazing in the tightly held Wengenville district.
A mix of creek flats and hill grazing split into 3 main paddocks and 2 smaller holding paddocks.
Water is never an issue with a solar bore pumping to a tank and trough, 1 large dam, as well as 1km of Barkers Creek frontage and multiple seasonal creeks and waterholes.
