Never using them again.

First off yes AUV sold my property and I wouldn’t use them again. The property sold itself due to its location. For TY and Louis it’s that they sold the property for me it’s the overall experience dealing with them. TY would do open days and in the beginning I would get a phone call however after that I would not even receive a text message with any updates. Based on my communication and experience with them I won’t be using them again for either buying or selling so I can’t recommend them either. I am happy to share screenshots of any text messages I have received or sent to TY or Louis to show what was exchanged in those text messages and also show the evidence that the date of certain open houses I never received an update on how the open house went.

Worst experience. Wouldn’t use this group again

First off yes AUV sold my property and I wouldn’t use them again. The property sold itself due to its location. Before Louis and Ty signs u up as a client they are available to answer any questions or even meet you after hours. Louis came to me at 7.30-8:00 pm at night to get me to sign with AUV to sell my property however when it came to show me a written offer that he received on Sunday he was so busy that he couldn’t meet me till Wednesday evening. I asked him to text me the copy of the offer however he didn’t do that till he had physically shown me the offer after Wednesday evening. At the beginning of the campaign I would get updates about the open but after that I didn’t even get a text message regarding the open houses and the response. I even had to send them a text message asking them to quote the price I wanted for my property as they had listed it for below $600k and I wanted more for it. For Louis and TY they say they sold the property and that’s the result. However for me the whole experience with them was painful and I wouldn’t use them let alone recommend them to anyone. I even took the drastic step of contacting consumer affairs regarding my experience. I am More than happy to share all the text messages exchanged with both Louis and TY to show you what my experience was like. They asked me to do a video for them after the sale of the property and I refused. It’s taken me 3 months to write this review as I wasn’t going to say anything however it’s important for vendors to know what my experience was like so they can go with open eyes.
