James and I met Peter about 5 years ago at a home open in our unit complex- he subsequently gave us an inspection and valuation of our unit on the spot. Peter was very personable and provided lots of real estate and local market knowledge. Over the next few years Peter stayed in touch and was always willing to answer questions around the Maylands market and provide good advice. I never found Peter to be pushy or insecere - as some real estate agents can be. When we did decide to sell, Peter made the whole process very easy and streamlined. Photos and marketing were very professional and Peter worked hard to secure a buyer at the right price for us - in a very difficult market! Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter.
