I was built in 2012, crafted with care by the family who would go on to call me home for the next fourteen years. From my very first day, I wasn't just a house, I was their dream come to life. Every wall, every corner, every beam was chosen with thought and love.
Over the years, they've poured themselves into me, upgrading, improving, and shaping me into something truly special. I've grown with them, becoming one of a kind in Drewvale for what I offer, space, comfort, and heart.
Step through my doors and you'll feel it immediately. I'm big, beautifully big, with multiple living spaces that were the very reason they fell in love with me all those years ago. There's room here for everyone, whether it's laughter over dinner, quiet evenings in the media room, or playful afternoons in the rumpus. My open plan design brings everyone together, while still offering room to find your own little piece of peace.
My kitchen is the heart of it all, with stone benches, a butler's pantry, and sunlight filtering through from the skylight above. The aroma of family dinners and birthday cakes has filled this space for over a decade, and I've cherished every moment.
Out the back, under my flyover patio, lies one of my favorite features, a peaceful pond surrounded by lush greenery. The soft sound of water trickling has always brought calm to busy days, a little reminder that home is meant to feel like sanctuary.
I've watched children grow taller, seen milestones celebrated, and witnessed countless memories made beneath my roof. My bamboo floors have been polished, my gardens freshly tended, and my spaces carefully maintained so I can welcome my next family just as proudly as I did my first.
After fourteen wonderful years together, it's time for me to pass the keys to someone new. Someone who will see what my family saw, space to dream, room to grow, and a place to truly belong.
I can't wait to meet the next people who will call me home.
