Perched proudly on acreage in the peaceful pocket of Greenbank, I’ve spent years watching a family grow, laugh, and truly live the kind of lifestyle only space and fresh air can give. You see, Letticia and Gary didn’t just live here… they filled me with life.
Four kids running across the grass. Footy games that went long past sunset. Music drifting through open doors while the kids danced in the living room. This was never just a house. It was a place where memories happened daily.
Outside, my land stretches wide, giving kids room to run, play, and explore. Acreage living here means breathing space and privacy, something families search for when they want the best of both worlds. Greenbank itself has grown into one of Logan’s most sought-after rural residential communities, known for its space, parks, and relaxed lifestyle while still sitting within reach of Brisbane.

Weekends quickly became my favourite time.

The kids are growing up.

And for Letticia and Gary, the next chapter means moving closer to town.
So now, for the first time in years, I’m ready again.
Ready for new footy games on the lawn.
