I should have gone with him first

I have tried with already two major agents and they did not come to the table. Nathan and his team were there 24/7 from the start, no matter what time it was or what questions we had it was responded to almost immediately. Our stunning home was sold even before open to the market for the price we asked for and it made it so less stressful for me. Constant open homes i had, having to clean and leave our home to have buyers come in, Then the next agent immediately just said AUCTION. Still with open home inspections then on the day of auction, just disappointed. After all that I still had to pay for the marketing. Nathan has extensive knowledge within the industry and assisted in every way for us. He helped buy our next home, any legal questions I had, and even referred a removalist that offered us a discount because we were customers of Nathan and his team. Like I said, should have gone with him first.
