My property was managed for several years as a rental property prior to it being sold by Award Group Real Estate (AGRE) West Ryde. The property was professionally managed in all respects as a rental by AGRE over the many years which is what influenced my decision to engage AGRE to sell my property. My interaction with David and the AGRE team was positive, respectful and courteous all the way through, from the first meeting when I was considering selling the property right through to settlement. David was knowledgeable, gave sound advice and was always available to chat when queries came up. The property sold within 24 hours of listing at a price above my expectations. I was extremely pleased with the way David managed the listing and sale of the property - there were no hiccups or issues and the whole process was smooth all the way through. I genuinely felt comfortable and confident dealing with David. Everything agreed upon was followed through professionally in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to deal with David and the AGRE West Ryde team in future. Highly recommended!
