Excellent experience from start to finish

When we originally started interviewing agents we wanted an agent that wasn't just selling the same view of the world as everyone else, we wanted someone who actually cared that its a big deal selling your family home for the first time in 37 years. From the initial meeting, David was enthusiastic and professional and to be honest he is just a good bloke. His knowledge of the local market is on point and his communication from start to finish was fantastic. We came onto the market right as COVID hit but this didn't stop David and Leighton's enthusiasm or investment in the sale of our property and throughout this difficult time David's belief in our property never faulted. If you asked me to pinpoint the one thing that really made a difference for me, it was David's ongoing upbeat approach. We felt quite down at times particularly when open houses were by appointment only and the market had ground to a standstill. However David always had a smile and a word of encouragement and we are very happy with the outcome of both the professionalism of David and the team but also the price we sold our home for. I would highly recommend David and the Team at Award Group Real Estate, I honestly don't think you will do better.
