They really know CBD apartments!

I have been looking to move to the Sydney CBD for nearly two years, during which time Craig has shown me through several properties and provided very pertinent insight into various buildings. I have just bought an apartment in the building where Craig showed me my first CBD property, nearly two years ago. I have dealt with many other CBD agencies during that period but felt most comfortable with Craig and other members of the Ayre team; they really know CBD apartments.

Off-market sale for a record price.

Craig knew the true value of our apartment. Other agents have been selling same layout/sized apartments in the building for much less. So the price indicated by Craig was a pleasant surprise to us. He and his team worked hard to achieve an off-market sale (with tenant in-situ) for a record price for the block. And he made it very easy for us. We would heartily recommend Craig and his team to achieve a great price for your property. We would happily use his services again in the future.
