Professional and knowledge Peronality

I knew Ivan recently after he showed me one of the apartment. He is very patient and professional. Give very good and independent opinion (not advise) on my queries. I didnt buy the initial property he showed me. Instead I let him know what I am looking for and my expectation. He immediately showed me another and he got the one I want. I bought the unit immediately and subsequently bought two more units from him in less than 2 to 3 months. After taking possession of the first property, I checked with him on the market sentiment and estimated price to sell my existing apartment. He gave his honest opinion and make some suggestion on the pricing and others. He promised me that he will give his very best to look after the sales of the property.
