I was put in contact with Naomi after a previous Property Manager failed to secure me a tenant due to poor attention to detail when advertising my property. Naomi identified the issue - No Pets allowed, and put up a well written advertisement with the correct information - Pets allowed!!! Naomi's shift response and advertisement on Realestate.com (and her business website) resulted in numerous inquiries on my property and I had it leased in just over a week from first contact with Naomi and before my previous lease ended, so not gap in rent payments received. Despite the fact I didn't require ongoing property management of my property Naomi assisted me regardless and was always contactable and provided sound advise and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Naomi to anyone looking to lease their property or to have it managed. She will no doubt do a fantastic job!!!!
