It's a minefield now complying with government restrictions and rules, you run the risk of doing too much and costing you money or not doing enough or doing it wrong and getting fined by the government. Naomi has saved my butt (and wallet) a number of times.

Don't self manage, let Naomi do it if you want free time and peace of mind.

Naomi sorted out so many problems I had set myself managing my property. Even though she had a pre booked overseas holiday, she took on my property with 10 days before leaving. What she didn't have time to sort out for me before leaving she did from Scotland while on Christmas holidays. So nice to have someone I can trust looking after my rental property.
