Been dealing with Vanny for quiet sometime. We bought 4 properties through Vanny Bains. We always feel we are in good hands. Vanny is a very professional, honest agent who communicate in simple terms to make sure seller & purchaser understand. We are in a stage now if we purchase property through Vanny, we don't even deep read Section 32 of the property we are planning to purchase. That is the level of trust we build between us. We are renting our properties through Vanny. He is always look out for right tenants for our property. He look after tenants as well. Any genuine request from tenants he is happy to address & accommodate. As a landlord this is my experience.
