Well Mannered and Professional

It wasnt the best process as the Vendor kept changing their mind after accepting the offer twice which was unethical which put Bal's in an awkward position but we can tell Bal was very apologetic about it and was trying his best to keep us up to date with what's going on. Excellent communication skills and well mannered.
