Honesty, appreciation and market research = House Sold and Happy Sellers!

Craig is very professional and thorough and has a great knowledge of our suburb (Gelorup). He also had a great empathy for those things that made our house special to us and was able to articluate those values to prospective buyers. His vetting of potential buyers meant that we weren't inundated with unecessary home opens and people who were not realistically in the market for our house. Great to work with Craig and would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.
