Garrod was easy to deal with, always contactable and had a very good understanding of the market in our area. He wont tell you what you want to hear to get your listing he will tell you the truth and back it up with knowledge and proof. Garrod made the sale of our property easy with the suggestions he made on how to market and price our property and with he willingness to search for buyers rather than waiting for them to come to him. We would be very happy to use Garrod again if we were to sell another property.
