We first met Keith when he called around to talk to us about selling our home, on a sweltering day and it was a public holiday! Keith sat with us and explained what we would need to do to put our home on the market. We decided not to sell at that time and left again for overseas. Every week I was checking what was selling in our local area and Keith was always getting the best prices for the homeowners, he would sell a 3 bedroom home for more than other agents were selling 4 and 5 bedroom homes.
