I was very impressed with Monique's professionalism, as well as her understanding of the importance of communication during the sale of anyone's home. We had spoken to a number of other real estate agents before actually going ahead with Monique and we were not disappointed with the result. I would recommend Monique to assist with the sale of your home without hesitation. There was no pressure at any stage and the sale went smoothly. Thank you again for your help Monique.

We could not fault Adam or Barry Plant throughout our whole experience with them. From our first meeting we felt comfortable, and Adam did not disappoint us on any level. We felt that he went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our house sale. Not only was he professional with invaluable knowledge to share, he was also accomodating with working around our young family. We will definitely be recommending Adam and Barry Plant to all of our family and friends!

Monique was highly recommended by a family member amd I must say they were right. I found Monique extremely professional and supportive throughout the sale of my home. Monique offered excellent advice on how to present my home for sale and the end result was amazing. Monique kept me very well informed throughout the open for inspections. I was advised of all the necessary paperwork to sell my home and handed all the forms that needed to be completed. The whole process of selling my home was an enjoyable experience with the Barry Plant Boronia team.

Keith, handled the sale of my elderly mother's house, with excellent service all the way. He looked after my mother as if she was his own parent, helped her in many ways above what I expected. I have very high praise for Keith and all the staff form Barry Plant Boronia, your help was much appreciated, Many Thanks, Trevor Williams

From the outset Keith was informative, knowledgeable, honest and open when dealing with him. He was accessible at all times, always communicating the current situation with us. He had to deal with a tenant and she was very happy with Keith as well, as he was able to fit around her dates and times for the open inspections. Keith also obtained a fantastic sale price for us. We would highly recommend him.

Monique was fantastic! She let me know about the property before it hit the market, organised an inspection for me, kept me updated throughout the process and assisted me in purchasing. I couldn't be happier with her efforts and attention to detail. Would strongly recommend Monique if you are looking to buy or sell! Thanks again Monique
