As a landlord, I have changed agents recently, after being very disappointed with the quality of tennents i received previously from another agency (despite being very specific). However, the difference shown by Barry Plant in * listing to my specific quality of applicants, * speed taken to find someone was breath taking, * the esigning of docs made things so simple, * efficient regular paperwork and promptness of payment were also a pleasant surprise. THIS is how every agent should be. I wish i found this real estate agency 7 years ago. But i wont be going anywhere else for my landlord needs, in the future.
