Smooth Process

I have Julie as my property manager and the experience with her has been amazing so far. She was able to rent my property at a fair price. I was apprehensive at first renting through an agency since it was my first time but she lead me through the process very well. I was informed of documents required, and all my questions were answered. She took care of organizing the cleaning and condition report in a very short time as the renter wanted to move within a week after inspection and she made the process very smooth. I would certainly recommend this agency.
