Michael managed our sales process professionally and attentively being personally involved with Open house, Auction & through to end Negotiations assisted by his team. He was very reassuring and in control of the process the entire time. Allthough we didn’t sell on Auction day, we were incouraged to wait for a higher offer after Auction day which was achieved. He also made fair attempts to leave campaign timeframes open for final buyer interest at week 5 to ensure we had engaged all interested buyers and achieved best price!
