My overall experience with Barry Plant was great. What made my experience memorable was the way Loretta Khoo handled the sale of my house from the very start to the end, past the sale date of my house. I have had experience with other agents but Loretta stands out for her professional conduct, her ability to communicate and understanding. Loretta satisfied all my requests leading up to the auction date in what was a very busy market at the time. Loretta provided weekly communication and regular updates and was on the phone whenever I had a query or request.
