We have been with Barry Plant rentals for the last 6 years and I have always found them to be communicative and always on the ball when it comes to anything dealing with our rental. Our last changeover of tenant took less than a week to do. Any items requiring attention in the apartment are brought to our attention promptly and are handled by a yes or no from me - so simple. Would highly recommend
