My personal experience with Steven Heaven (Lettings Director) & Brittany Draper (Property Manager) in letting out my 2 properties has been wonderful as the team at Barry Plant Docklands branch is super efficient and knows the Melbourne market at their finger tips. Their recommended rental is in line with the market and never disappoint the landlord. They know how to time the advertisement and knows the type of tenants’s profile. Steven & Brittany had just recently rented my unit to a tenant whom he feels is a stronger applicant compared to an application received the day before. He even got a higher rent than what the existing tenant is paying. Both my tenants at the 2 properties have continued to renew the lease and is only vacating due to the exploration of their visa !! Steven & Brittany are always very prompt to reply to my email. In fact they reply within 1-2 hours 👍👏 . Excellent service ! The Accounts Mgr Belinda Barletta email out the rental statement punctually with relevant documents attached. I wouldn’t have given my 2 properties to any other agencies to let ! My experience as an overseas investor has never been better and am glad to have met Stephen at the exhibition here in SGP. Cheers to a great team 🏆 🙌🤗
