Always Enthusiastic, Knowledgeable And Very Friendly

Myself and my wife were first home buyers looking for an apartment in the city. I met Alice, from Barry Plant Docklands, at this property which I initially was not very interested, but I went in for a casual inspection. Alice showed the same enthusiasm as she would for an almost certain prospective buyer. Since we were first time buyers I had lots of doubt but Alice helped us with all the required info, even answering our silly questions at times. She not only gave us information about the property but also gave us a general idea about how things would go from the initial Contract up until the Settlement. She was always prompt and precise with her communication, be it over email or a quick text message. She has a very professional approach but a friendly touch at the same time. A major issue with one of the Appliances cropped up at the Property with just couple of days left for the Settlement. Alice ensured all the replacement works were carried out smoothly and brought it to closure, displaying her capability of taking ownership. Overall it was a delightful experience with Alice. She has been enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very friendly. My recommendation definitely goes for Alice.

Excellent and very professional service

We had an excellent experience working with Alice. From the very start, we felt that she had a thorough understanding of the real estate market. She offered us great advice that helped us position and sell our property at a good price. We were impressed by Alice's dedication as she worked till late at night and on week-ends to let prospective buyers in. Alice also has very good communication skills, is highly resourceful and was a champion when it came to trouble-shooting. It's been a pleasure working with Alice and we can't recommend her highly enough. We would hire her again if we had to sell another property.
