We chose Mark Di Giulio (and the Barry Plant team) partly because he was successful in the Bulleen area, but also because in person he was very personable and professional. From engagement, the Barry Plant team organised and ran everything through the 5-6 week sale campaign. Selling by auction was new to us, but from the start Mark spent the time to explained the process, kept us informed throughout, and as the auction approached discussed the likely an less likely auction day scenario's. On the day of the auction, Mark and his team were prepared, we were prepared, and the property sold.
