Professional with an air of realism

From initial engagement to delivery, Mark was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable with the locale, that he put us at ease when selling our house for the first time. We selected him on the basis that he sold us the house in the first place (so had success already from a vendor perspective) and after, when reading excellent reviews and analyzing his trophy cabinet of awards. The process was straight forward, everything was clearly communicated and his forecast was as close to actual, as can be. Also, we appreciated the relationship as we got to know Mark throughout the campaign and indeed we liked that he was genuine, who had a sense of humour during our discussions. I would highly recommend Mark in the marketplace, as he was fun to work with, whilst ultimately delivering results.
