Problem solved without stress

After sitting on our deceased parent's property which was very neglected after being used as cheap accommodation for grand-children for many years, we engaged Scott for advice with a plan to sell. Scott gave us confidence to list the property and said it could be sold quickly without spending thousands to return it to its once prime condition. Within a few weeks he had several keen offers and we agreed on a price before Auction without any stress. We agreed on a longer settlement to give us time to remove junk stored there, provide time for grand-children to find alternative arrangements and developers time to get permits.
