I had been recommended to Ashlee at Barry Plant by a good friend who had successfully sold his property in the same complex. Thank goodness I met with her as I was impressed from the very beginning. I immediately felt at ease thanks to Ash’s extensive market knowledge as she really knows her areas. Once we established a plan of sale we had several openings with high amounts of interested buyers through our property and offers in the second week to purchase. Not only did we find the right buyer but the sold price more than met our expectations.
