▶Out of the 4 prominent agents in Drouin we interviewed, Julian Price was the most consistent in his follow up and showed us he really wanted to represent the successful sale of our home. Right from the initial phone call he was professional, he was actually eager to find out as much information about the home to assist in his comparable sales data, he wanted to know what renovations and special features the home had and genuinely showed us he took his job seriously. Following on from this, when he came out to value our house he took note of things and showed us he was the agent for the job right from the start. The biggest thing is he believed in what he could achieve with our house and proved to us he could and did achieve it. **(As a separate note, one of the other agents we interviewed didn't even make the effort and was too lazy to even have a look outside at what was the main drawcard for our house being the entertainment area)** not to mention undervalued the home largely demonstrating the lack of area knowledge. Both my wife and I being ex real estate agents for high profile companies, our expectations from an agent were a lot higher than most. Its fair to say Julian met and exceeded them on all levels. Julian was honest, likeable, transparent and easy to communicate with (not your typical tell them what they want to hear sales person like so many in the industry). His marketing strategy was detailed and straight to the point, his comparable sales data was spot on and he is very clear and knowledgeable about real estate in the local area having been servicing it for a number of years now and made selling our house totally uncomplicated. Would recommend him 100% to any prospective sellers and my advice would be to trust his judgement and ability as it resulted in us getting way more than we ever expected.
