Worked hard in a challenging climate

We all want instant results but we need to be realistic of the challenges we're faced with in the way of COVID-19 & the impact of less potential tenants & as of todays stats 36% more properties available for lease as a lot of short term rentals are now seeking long term due to borders being shut to travel. Eventually my property was leased & the team consisting of Tom, Marin, Jose & Danielle were diligent in their communication & commitment of inspections.
