Would never use anyone else!

We asked for an agent to come and give us advice on some renovations that we were doing. We didn't intend to sell for 2 years. Chari came that day had a look, asked why we wanted to wait 2 years and after telling him the reason he said that the market was great at the moment, interest rates were low and prices were high and that there would never be a better time to sell even telling us that he could find a buyer that would allow us to rent back for the 2 years that we didn't want to move. He used the words "promise" and "guarantee" and I told him I didn't believe him! Our home was under renovation so was unfinished! The house hit the market and 2 1/2 hrs later he calls us with an offer, says I'm not done yet give me till Monday, low and behold calls back Monday with a higher offer from the same buyer! Chari very much earns his commission, he knows his area and is worth every penny We would highly recommend Chari to anyone who is looking to sell in this area.
