When we were invited to have a "market appraisal" of our property following the end of the property's lease we were quite sceptical......"Here we go again!....another Agent telling us what we wanted to hear.....that they could get us a great price and they had buyers waiting!" As professional investors we were used to this approach-just like past approaches with our other properties had amounted to nothing; we thought neither would this one! How wrong we were! Chari was very personable, professional and promptly attended to appraising our property. He said this was a great time to sell and he had buyers waiting. As the place would be vacant for a while we thought we had nothing to lose in accepting his offer of an appraisal. He was willing to negotiate with us and so minimize the cost of selling our property. He was different. We actually believed what he said. He said he would have a sale for us by Christmas and, within a week BAM! Sold for a price we weer more than happy with and greatly exceeded our expectations. Add to this his cost minimization strategy and we have come out miles in front of where we would be had we used another Agent. We thoroughly recommend Chari and believe - even if he is not your first choice - you would be well advised to get his opinion before you make your final decision on which Agent should get your listing! It could mean much more interest/exposure in/of your property and thousands of extra dollars in your pocket.
