It was an absolute pleasure to have Ghislaine manage the sale of our property even in the midst of lockdown and various other challenges. The rental agent had disappeared, the tenants had left, the walls had holes in them, the garden was overgrown - and somehow with humour and cheerful professionalism Ghislaine sorted it all out. I have dealt with many agents and this was by far and away my very best experience - I could not rate her highly enough.
