From the very first moment we spoke to Max, we knew that he was and is simply amazing!

Looking back now, we did make a huge mistake. We hastily bought a block of land without thinking it through. I guess it was because we were a young and naive family, starting out our married lives with rose coloured glasses and a baby on the way. From day one it became a saga, an epic journey, an endless conversation with builders and confusing discussions of fees and more fees. Then came the debates with banks about increasing finances and yet again, more and more increasing fees... Unfortunately, we bought one of those blocks, you know the ones... those that at the end of the day was never going to title quickly, even though the 'land sales team' were quick to promise date after date, with an unsuccessful return! By the way, we bought this land after visiting a new housing estate! With months we sadly lost our baby...our dream soured. After a period of close to two years, a shift suddenly occurred and the block of land finally titled, but by then we have finally seen the light and we had decided we didn't want to live in this part of the world anymore as our 'dream' had died. We decided 100% that we just had to sell. To move on. Looking back now after 2.5 years we couldn't be happier. We made one simple phone call. After a brief referral from a dear friend... 'Hey, I know a great agent in Melton...' Just like that with no face to face meetings and absolutely no fuss...Max just helped us. He listened to our story and he just did his thing. He helped us to secure what we now refer to as our 'nest egg'. Our 'dream baby' came back to help us. Not in a 'real' sense but in a different form, and for this Max, we will be eternally grateful to you! Max, I can continue to write this review, I can rave on and on about you and how truly amazing you are but I won't. I will stop here and be still, I will urge the public to simply put their faith in you. To trust you...to just let you do your thing and to just relax! Problem solved people...Max saves the day once again!
